We offer a variety of different chains in either 14k solid gold, gold-filled or sterling silver. The type of chains we offer will vary based on available stock.

The longevity of the chain will vary based on lifystle, for example how often you are in chlorine, have perfumes or lotions on the chain. ect. With normal wear the chain itself will typically last 2-3 years for gold filled and 1-2 yeard with sterling silver.

Solid gold is definitely a longevity chain and with normal everyday wear can last up to 10 years or longer. The gold itself can always be kept for a lifetime if you choose to remove your chain before then.

All of our chains are quality tested and will not tarnish or turn your skin green. You can sweat, shower, swim and live your everyday life in our chains!

Please keep in mind though that while these chains are designed for everyday wear, they are still fine jewelry and not indestructable!

Yes! All of our chains are TSA safe and will not need to be removed through security.

Yes, while we call it permanent jewlery all chains are wearable for as long as you would like. You can easily cut off the chain with scissors, nail clippers or nippers.

This can happen, don’t stress! If you snag your jewelry and it breaks or just happens to fall off, Longlive offers one free re-weld per customer. Reach out to us and we will make it right and get your jewelry piece fixed.

Please note that Longlive is not responsible for lost jewelry and we cannot offer free replacements if you lose your piece due to breakage.

We recommend consulting with your doctor fist, but you may be required to remove the jewelry. If so reach out to us and we will arrange a time for a reweld.
